Site Operative Solutions Ltd. are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for our client, a leading Offshore Windfarm Company.

Perform project management within onshore and submarine cable supply and installation, at 220kv and 66kv, as well as all client-level planning and engineering activities related to the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Organise and lead the electrical project team to conduct all client-level planning and engineering activities related to the design, manufacturing surveillance, installation and commissioning
Coordinate the cable package activities with the WTG, foundation and substation packages to ensure efficient resolution of technical and schedule conflicts resulting in the smooth integration of the onshore and submarine 220kv export and 66kv array cable works into the WTG foundations and onshore and offshore substations.
Develop and implement contingency plans in the event of unforeseen events impacting the cable work packages
Support our consents, environmental and property functions in managing external stakeholders, such as the Environment Agency, Natural England, port authorities and land owners.

QUALIFICATIONS
Hold a masters degree in electrical engineering or similar
Are a highly experienced project manager. As we use PMI/PMBOK as project management framework, a PMP certification or similar training and certification is preferred
An extensive relevant work experience leading onshore and submarine cable supply and installation teams within large infrastructure projects is required.
High level of knowledge in the management of onshore and submarine cable design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning
Have exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills,
Excellent commercial understanding
Can prioritise and execute your tasks in order to meet deadlines

Working for a highly reputable Mechanical and Electrical company who have been established for 20 years within their industry providing a full mechanical and electrical installation, service and maintenance service. They cover heating, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation and electrical work. The mobile Gas engineering role is a front line customer facing team with the responsibility of dealing high end maintenance in line with company policy and provides an active communication channel on work being carried out with parties involved. The role will be responsible for delivering the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Works.

Responsibilities:

* To undertake gas and mechanical works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
* To actively undertake general proactive maintenance work (reactive works not yet identified by a client) identified on site.
* To undertake gas, electrical, mechanical, fabric PPM works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
* To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works and attend to breakdowns when required.
