It is essential that the Temporaries Recruitment Consultant can identify and priorities workloads effectively to maintain an efficient and appropriate working day.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: –
* Sourcing and short listing candidates
* Identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Data input of candidate details and uploading CV'S
* Lead Generation
* Referencing candidates
* Maintaining and updating in house systems
* Plan workloads to ensure effective use of time
* Manage advertising to ensure suitable candidate attraction
* Keep up to date with current events and news within the industry
* Act as a point of contact for candidates and clients as and when required
* Dealing with general queries relating to job advertisement
